Who we are

Ordering

• These terms apply to every order placed on this website.
• When you place an order we email you to confirm it. Our contract with you starts when we send that email.
• If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is no longer available, we will tell you and you will not be charged.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in pounds sterling.
• The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
• Any delivery charge is shown before you pay.
• Payments are taken securely by our payment provider, Stripe.

Delivery

• We deliver to UK addresses only.
• Clothing is made to order. Flights are sent from our own stock.
• Clothing usually arrives within 3 to 7 working days and flights within 2 to 3 working days. If your order is going to be late, we will let you know.
• The items are your responsibility once they have been delivered to you.

Your right to cancel

• You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, by emailing returns@thedarts26club.co.uk.
• You must send the items back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. You pay the cost of returning them.
• We refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back, to the payment method you used. If you cancel a whole order, the refund includes the original standard delivery charge.
• We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled more than needed to check it, for example worn or washed.

Faulty items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, items must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If an item is faulty:

• within 30 days of delivery, you can return it for a full refund;
• after that, you can ask us to repair or replace it, and if that is not possible or does not work, you may be entitled to a refund.

To report a faulty item, email returns@thedarts26club.co.uk. We pay the cost of returning faulty items. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

• We may update these terms. The terms that apply are the ones shown when you order.
• These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
