What we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

  • your name, delivery address and email address;
  • what you ordered and how much you paid.

Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

If you email us, we keep your email and our reply.

If you join our mailing list, we collect your email address and the date you joined.

If you reserve a product that is not on sale yet, such as a dart case, we collect your name, your email address, which product you reserved and when. A reservation is free and takes no payment.

Why we use it

  • To make, post and support your order. This is needed to carry out our contract with you.
  • To keep the business and tax records the law requires.
  • To answer you when you contact us.
  • To email you once, if you reserved a product, when it can be ordered. A reservation does not add you to our mailing list.
  • To email you about new products, offers and discounts, and club news, only if you have joined our mailing list and ticked the box to agree. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

We do not sell your information. We only send marketing emails to people who have joined our mailing list.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the shop:

  • Stripe, to take your payment.
  • Inkthreadable, who make and post clothing orders, receive your name, delivery address and the clothing you ordered. Flights are posted by us.
  • Resend, who keep our mailing list and send our marketing emails, receive the email address of anyone who joins it. Resend also sends the one email to people who reserved a product.
  • Cloudflare, who host this website and see the technical details of each visit, such as your IP address. Cloudflare also stores reservations and delivers the email that tells us about your order or reservation. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies or identify you.
  • Google Fonts, who supply the lettering on this website and receive your IP address when a page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as HMRC requires us to keep business records, then delete them. Emails are deleted once they are no longer needed.

We keep a reservation until we have emailed you that the product can be ordered, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

We keep your place on the mailing list until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your email address, marked as unsubscribed, so we never email you again.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. Our visitor counts come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. Stripe uses cookies on its checkout page to process your payment and prevent fraud.

Your browser keeps a note, on your own device, once you have closed the mailing list pop-up or joined the list, so the pop-up does not show again. It is not sent to us and is not used to track you.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct it;
  • ask us to delete it, unless we have to keep it by law;
  • object to how we use it.

To do any of these, email us. If you are unhappy with how we have used your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change how we use your information, we will update this page first.
