Delivery

• We deliver to UK addresses only.
• Clothing is made to order, just for you. Flights are our own stock, posted by us.
• Clothing usually arrives within 3 to 7 working days. Flights usually arrive within 2 to 3 working days.
• If you order clothing and flights together, they may arrive separately.
• UK delivery costs £0.99 for an order of flights only.
• UK delivery costs £4.99 for any order with clothing in it, including any flights in the same order.

Returns and refunds

Changed your mind

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To do that:

• Email us at returns@thedarts26club.co.uk within those 14 days, with your order number.
• Send the items back to us within 14 days of emailing us.
• You pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked service.

Please send items back unworn and unwashed. If an item has been used more than you would to try it on in a shop, we may reduce the refund to cover that, as the law allows.

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back, to the card you paid with. If you return a whole order, we also refund the original delivery charge.

Faulty or wrong item

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email returns@thedarts26club.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We will cover the return postage and send a replacement or a refund. This does not affect your legal rights.
